1. Four types of problems are accurately resolved
1. Problems arising from not working hard and not being serious
Attitude issues (impossible to be afraid of trouble)
Against the impossible: stimulate motivation and tap potential
For fear of trouble: education guidance, rule supervision, elimination of discomfort
2. Problems caused by not understanding or unskilled
Skills issues (wrong person, wrong teaching)
Targeting people who are wrong: observing and evaluating, and the survival of the fittest
Aiming at teaching errors: assessing masters and improving teaching methods
3. Current problems caused by lack of resources and capacity
Limited problems (lack of resources, of course)
Aiming at the lack of resources: broaden the resource circle and borrow rationally
Take it for granted: The goal that is too high must be adjusted
4. Problems caused by lack of rules and injustice
Rule issues (unclear and unfair)
Targeting unclear: clear goals, clear responsibilities, rewards and punishments
Against injustice: up and down balance, left and right balance, internal and external balance
